The Syariah Appeal Court may, on the application of any person desirous of appealing who may be debarred from so doing on the ground of his not having observed some formality or requirement of this Code, permit an appeal on any such condilion and with any such direction to the Syariah
High Court and to the parties as it may consider desirable, in order that substantial justice may be done in the matter, and may, for such purpose, extend the period of time prescribed in section 235 or 237.
