The Syariah Subordinate Court Judge who commits a case for trial shall certify under his hand in the prescribed form the amount of

expenses and compensation allowable to each witness in respect of his attendance before the Syariah Subordinate Court Judge.

(2)

The amount of any other expenses and compensation to the witnesses to whom the Syariah High Court orders payment shall be ascertained by the Registrar of the Syariah High Court.
