Except in offences of causing hurt punishable with qisas or arsy muqaddar, no party has any right to be heard before the Syariah High Court when exercising its powers of revision:
Provided that such Court may, if it thinks fit, when exercising such powers hear any party and that nothing in this section is deemed to affect section 276(2).
