The Syariah Court may order any document, publication, thing, object or structure and other which is similar, as the case may be, used during the commission of or related to the offences under sections 98, 100, 101, 102,
103, 104, 105, 106 and 208 of the Syariah Penal Code Order, 2013
(S 6912013) to be forfeited and destroyed, notwithstanding that no person may have been convicted of such offence.
