s 192Badal-a/-sulh, arsy or compensation to be paid to wali-ad-dam or victim

(1)

Badal-al-sulh shall be paid to the wali-ad-dam of the victim according to their respective shares in inheritance.

(2)

Badal-al-sulh for a victim who is a non-Muslim shall be paid to his personal representative.

(3)

In the case of hurt, arsy, badal-al-sulh or compensation shall be paid to the victim.
