s 378Hukum Syara' to be applied if no provision

If there is a lacuna or if any matter which does not exist, or is not expressly provided for in this Code or in any rule made under this Code, the

Syariah Court shall apply Hukum Syura' or the provisions of the Criminal

Syariah Courts 198 CAP.
