s 293Appeal

(1)

Any person sentenced by the Syariah Subordinate Court or

Syariah High Court under the provisions of this Chapter may appeal to the

Syariah High Court or Syariah Appeal Court respectively.

(2)

The provisions of Chapters I and I1 of this Part shall, so far as they are applicable, apply to appeals under this section.

(3)

The provisions of Chapters I11 and IV of this Part shall also apply to all proceedings by a Syar'ie Judge under this Chapter.
