(1)

In all proceedings under this Chapter and Chapter I11 of this Part, the Syariah High Court or Syariah Appeal Court, as the case may be, shall have power to award such costs or expenses as the Syariah Court thinks fit, to be paid by or to the parties thereto.

(2)

Costs awarded to be paid by the Syar'ie Prosecutor shall be payable by the Government and the Syar'ie Prosecutor shall not be personally liable therefor.

Costs awarded to be paid to the Syar'ie Prosecutor shall be paid by the party ordered to pay the same to the Government.
