An open tazkiyah al syuhud shall be conducted in the following manner-
syahid is brought before a Judge in the presence of the parties to the proceedings and the muzakki conducts the tazkiyah; or
syahid and the parties to the proceedings are taken to the place of examination and the tazkiyah is conducted on the syahid there.
Open tazkiyah forms part of syahadah.
