Where a syahid asal is unable to appear in Court for any reason which in the opinion of the Court is reasonable, his syahadah may be served by other syahid based on syahadah ala al syahadah.
Explanation-Where a syahid asal cannot give his syahadah in Court, he may ask syahid furu' to serve his syahadah on syahadah given by him.
