A muzakki shall be a Muslim, 'adil, of sound mind, baligh, has a good memory and is not imputed, has the knowledge on the background of syahid, has been asked by a Judge to give information whether such syahid is ,adil or not.
Explanation -
If the syahid is a non-Muslim, muzakki may comprise of persons who are non-Muslims.
