13. Annual report

The Board shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each calendar year, cause to be made and transmitted to the Authority and the Majlis a report dealing with the activities of the Board during the preceding year and with any proposed activity.
Board
“Board” means the Syariah Financial Supervisory Board established by section 3;

“Islamic product” means any product of any financial institution submitted by it to be in accordance with Hukum Syara’;
