s 245Omission to produce document to public servant by person legally bound to produce it

Any person who, being legally bound to produce or deliver up any document to any public servant, intentionally omits to produce or deliver up that document is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both or, if the document is to be produced or delivered up to a Court, to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
