s 199Instigating married man or married woman to divorce or neglect duties

Any person who instigates, forces or persuades any Muslim man or

Muslim woman to divorce or to neglect his or her duties towards his wife or her husband or children is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $4,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or both.
