s 183Abetting commission of causing hurt

(1)

Any person who abets the commission of the offence of causing hurt under section 169(1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to the same punishment provided under section 169(2).

(2)

Any person who abets the commission of the offence of causing hurt under section 169(2) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to one-half of the punishment as provided for such offence.
