s 215Giving in public places publications relating to religion other than religion of Islam to Muslims or persons having no religion

Any person who gives any publication relating to religion other than the religion of Islam to a Muslim or person having no religion in public places is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.
