s 13Powers of Board

(1)

Subject to this Act, the Board may carry on such activities as appear to the Board to be advantageous, necessary or convenient for it to carry on, for or in connection with, the discharge of its functions under this

Act.

The Board shall, in addition to its powers and functions set out in this Act, exercise all the powers conferred or imposed on the Board under the written laws set out in Schedule 2.
