The Authority may, subject to such conditions as he thinks fit, exempt any person or class of person from any or all of the provisions of this Order.
Authority
"Authority" means such person as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan under section 4(1) to be the Authority for the purposes of this Order;
An exemption granted under this section may be withdrawn by the
Authority at any time.
