Sections 33, 34(l)(b/ and 35 do not apply to any person in respect of -

(a)

the possession, establishment, installation, maintenance, provision or operation of a radio-communication equipment as defined in the

Telecommunications (Radio-communication) Regulations, 2013 (S 8612013)

where the person has been permitted by the Authority to use any radio frequency band temporarily on an ad hoc basis under regulation 64(2) of those Regulations;

(bl the localised on-site installation or operation of the equipment specified in Schedule 1;

(c)

the installation of an equipment specified in Schedule 2, where the installation is in accordance with the technical specifications on white space devices as the Authority may publish; and

(d)

the operation of an equipment specified in the Schedule 2, where the operation is in accordance with the technical specifications on white space devices as the Authority may publish.
