s 1These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning

(Development Control) (Control of Advertisements) Regulations, 2008 and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His

Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
