On an application being made before the approval lapses under regulation 5, the Competent Authority may, on payment of the prescribed fee, grant an extension or further extension of the approval.
In granting an extension or further extension of the approval under sub-regulation (1), the Competent Authority may impose reasonable conditions or may vary any conditions originally imposed.
Revocation of approval.
