Any workman who commences, continues or Penalty for illegal strikes otherwise acts in furtherance of a strike which is illegal and lock-outs under this Act shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty, a fine of

$600 and imprisonment for one month.

$6,000 and imprisonment for one month.
