s 95Application of Chapter 96 in enforcement

(1)

Section 30 of the Merchandise Marks Act (Chapter 96) applies in relation to the enforcement of section 94 as in relation to the enforcement of that Act.

(2)

Any law which authorises the disclosure of information for the purpose of facilitating the enforcement of the Merchandise Marks Act

(Chapter 96) apply as if section 94 were contained in that Act, and as if the powers of any person in relation to the enforcement of that section were powers under that Act.
