Every registered trade union shall transmit to the Registrar the accounts prepared and audited in accordance with section 21
within 3 months of the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate.
Every officer of a registered trade union which fails to comply with the provisions of this section is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $3,000.
