Anything done or appointment made for and on behalf of the
University prior to 1st July 1988, being the date of commencement of this
University
“University” means Universiti Brunei Darussalam established and incorporated by this Act. University Constitution.
Act shall, on and after that date, be deemed to be made for, by or on behalf of the University established and incorporated under this Act.
Exemption variation or addition to Constitution.
