s 4All immovable property situated in Brunei and here-tofore conveyed or assigned to or vested in the Catholic

Mission, North Borneo, or the Prefect Apostolic of North

Borneo, whether with or without the name of the ecclesias-tic for the time being holding that office, is hereby vested in the corporation for the respective estates and interests for which the same is held.
