s 45Service pipes, cocks etc. not to be subject to distress etc.

When any service pipe, cock or other apparatus belonging to the

Authority is placed in or upon any premises not being in the possession of the Authority for the purpose of supplying water, such pipe, cock or other apparatus shall not be subject to distress nor be taken in execution under process of a court or proceedings in bankruptcy against the person who has possession of the pipe, cock or other apparatus.
