Where the Minister makes an order under section 40(2) in respect of a vehicle or container that has been forfeited to the Government, the forfeiture order made in respect of that vehicle or container shall cease to have effect.

“Minister” means the Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism, and includes the Deputy Minister of Primary Resources and Tourism;
