30. Offence

Any person who contravenes regulation 4, 5(1), 6, 7, 8(1), 9(2) or (3), 10,

11(1) or (2), 12(1) or (2), 13, 14, 15(1) or (2), 16, 17(1), (2) or (3), 18(1) or (7), 19(1)

or (2), 22(3), 23(3), 24, 25(1) or (2), 26(1), 27(1), 28(1) or (2) or 29(2), (3), (4), (5) or

is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
