The Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue to any applicant whose application has been approved by the Board, a certificate of registration.
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Board appointed under section 9.
Every certificate of registration shall, subject to this Act, expire on the 31st day of December of the year in which it is issued and shall thereafter be renewable biennially upon payment of the prescribed fee.
