21. Amendment of register of architects, register of professional engineers or register of quantity surveyors

The Registrar shall —
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of the Board appointed under section 9.
amend the register of architects, the register of professional engineers or the register of quantity surveyors when there is an alteration which may come to his knowledge in the name, address or other relevant particulars of any registered architect, registered professional engineer or registered quantity surveyor; and
register of architects
“register of architects” means the register of architects referred to in section 8(1)(a);
correct any error in any entry in the register of architects, the register of professional engineers or the register of quantity surveyors;
register of professional engineers
“register of professional engineers” means the register of professional engineers referred to in section 8(1)(b);
remove from the register of architects, the register of professional engineers or the register of quantity surveyors or the register of practitioners, whichever is applicable, the name of any person —
register of quantity surveyors
“register of quantity surveyors” means the register of quantity surveyors referred to in section 8(1)(c);
whose name has been ordered to be removed under any provision of this Act;
who has died.
