The Council or, in the case of a professional programme or professional qualification, the relevant professional body may at the time of or at any time after issuing a letter of accreditation under section 45(3),

National Accreditation Council impose such conditions as it may consider necessary or expedient and may amend any such conditions or impose new conditions.
