47. Power to impose conditions

The Council or, in the case of a professional programme or professional qualification, the relevant professional body may at the time of or at any time after issuing a letter of accreditation under section 45(3),
Council
“Council” means the Brunei Darussalam National Accreditation Council established by section 4;
