His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall appoint a
Chief Executive Officer of the Brunei Economic Development Board, who shall perform such duties as the Board may entrust or delegate to him.

His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may also appoint such other officers as may be necessary for purposes of this Act.
