His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall appoint a
Chief Executive Officer of the Brunei Economic Development Board, who shall perform such duties as the Board may entrust or delegate to him.

“Chief Executive Officer” means the officer appointed under section 7;
