There shall be a Board of Directors of the Centre, which shall be the executive body of the Centre, which may exercise all the powers conferred on the Centre under this Act.
The Board shall consist of —
a Chairman;
a Deputy Chairman; and
not more than fifteen other members, all of whom shall be appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan.

“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Board appointed under section 5(2);
