There shall be a Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam.
The Commission shall consist of a Chairman and such other members, not being less than 6 or more than 12, appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification published in the Gazette.

“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Commission and includes any temporary Chairman of the Commission;
Schedule 1 shall have effect with respect to the Commission, its members and proceedings.
