In an appeal from any other order, the High Court may -
High Court
"High Court" means the High Court of the Supreme Court for Brunei Darussalam;
dismiss the appeal;
direct that further inquiry be made; or
inquiry
"inquiry" includes every inquiry conducted under this Code before a Magistrate;
vary or reverse such order.
