The Plan shall include provision for the following —
the Council’s strategic policy framework for disaster management for Brunei Darussalam;
the roles and responsibilities of persons involved in disaster operations and disaster management for Brunei Darussalam;
the co-ordination of disaster operations and activities relating to disaster management performed by the persons mentioned in paragraph (b);
events that are likely to, or which may, happen in
Brunei Darussalam;
the priorities for disaster management for
Brunei Darussalam;
the matters stated in the disaster management guidelines as matters to be included in the Plan;
such other matters concerning disaster management as the
Council considers appropriate.
Council
“Council” means the National Disaster Council established under section 8;
disaster management
“disaster management” has the meaning ascribed to it by section 5;
disaster management guidelines
“disaster management guidelines” means the guidelines referred to in section 20;
disaster operations
“disaster operations” has the meaning ascribed to it by section 6;
Plan
“Plan” means the National Disaster Management Plan referred to in section 18(1);
