The Registrar General shall, from time to time, inspect or cause to be inspected an educational institutions registered under this Act for the purpose of ascertaining that this Act and the regulations made thereunder have been and are being complied with.
Registrar General
“Registrar General” means the Registrar General of Educational Institutions and Teachers appointed under section 5(1) and includes the Deputy Registrar General of Educational Institutions and Teachers appointed under the same section;
