(Chapter 55) (repealed by the Education Order, 2003 (S 59/03)) and references to a board of governors shall include references to a board of directors registered under the Act.

“governor” means a person who is empowered under an instrument of government to manage an educational institution, and includes a person appointed and registered as a manager of an educational institution under the Education (Non-Government Schools) Act, repealed by the Education Order, 2003 (S 59/03);
