50. Surrendered persons to be brought into Brunei Darussalam

A person surrendered to Brunei Darussalam for an offence against any law of Brunei Darussalam of which he is accused or of which he has been convicted shall be brought into Brunei Darussalam and delivered to the appropriate authority to be dealt with according to law.

In particular, he may be remanded in custody or released on bail until he can be brought to trial.
