14D. Power to suspend rights of entry

The Director or any forest officer authorised to issue an entry permit under section 14C(2) may suspend the right of entry of any of the persons referred to in section 14C(1) —

if he has reasonable cause to suspect that there has been a breach of any of the provisions of this Act or of a licence, use permit or entry permit; or

if there has been a fire or other hazard that may endanger the forest or lives.
