15. Rescission and modification of privileges and conditions

The Minister after such enquiry as he may deem necessary and with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, may at any time, by public notification, rescind, modify or add to any privilege conceded or any condition governing the reservation of a forest.

No person shall be entitled to compensation in respect of anything done under the provisions of this section.
