Section 44

Public notice of timber collected under section 43(2) shall, from time to time, as occasion may require, be given by a forest officer expressly empowered under section 51.

Such notice shall contain a description of the timber and shall require any person claiming the timber to make his claim to the Director within a period not less than one month from the date on which such notice is given.
