The fees and penalties set out in the third column of the First Schedule are prescribed as the fees and penalties applicable to the items respectively set forth in the second column of the First Schedule.
An ILP registered under the Order continues to be liable for all fees and penalties payable under the Order, notwithstanding that the name of the ILP has 1523
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE been struck off the Register, and all those fees and penalties have priority to all other claims against the assets of the ILP. The ILP Registrar may refuse to take any action required of him under the Order for which a fee is prescribed until all fees and penalties have been paid.
