17. Annual return

On or before each anniversary of registration pursuant to section 13, an
ILP shall fi.le with the ILP Registrar a return signed by or on behalf of a general partner certifying that, during the preceding year, the ILP has complied with section 14(1) and that there has been no breach of the declaration given in accordance with section 13(1).
ILP
"ILP" means an international limited partnership, within the meaning of section 4;

At the time of filing a return under subsection (1). there shall be paid to the ILP Registrar the annual prescribed renewal fee.
ILP Registrar
"ILP Registrar" means such person as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan as the Registrar of International Limited Partnerships for the purposes of this Order;
If default is made in complying with subsections (1) or (2), the ILP shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars and to a further fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each day after conviction on which the default continues.

Defined · s 2"general partner" means a person who has been admitted to a partnership as a general partner in accordance with the partnership agreeinent and who is named as a general partner in the statement:&led with the ILP Registrar pursuant to section 13;
