There shall be recoverable as a civil debt due to the Authority from the ILP concerned the amount of any fee payable under this Order or under the regulations and any remuneration, expenses and other costs or charges incurred by the Authority in performance of his functions under this Order.
the Authority
"the Authority" means such person or body as is appointed by His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan to be the Authority for the purposes of this Order;

"ILP" means an international limited partnership, within the meaning of section 4;
