The Authority may repay unclaimed money paid to the Authority under this Act to any person who is determined under this Part to be the owner of the money.
Authority
“Authority” means the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank established by the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank Order, 2010;
A notice under section 79 is to be accompanied, or followed as soon as practicable, by the appropriate repayment (if any).
