The Authority may repay money paid to the Authority in purported compliance with this Act, but only if the Authority is of the opinion that the money is not unclaimed money that is required to be paid to the Authority under this Act.

“Authority” means the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank established by the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank Order, 2010;
